Wednesday night, the upcoming British band The Vamps did their first ever headlining show at Gramercy Theater in New York City. The band is made up of Bradley Simpson, James McVey, Tristan Evans, and Connor Ball. Over 500 people waited outside in the cold and rain to be able to see the boys at their first ever concert in the United States.
AJR Brothers opened for The Vamps. They got the crowd moving with some of their singles, like “I’m Ready” and “Livin’ on Love”.
The Vamps came on singing “Wildheart” their new single just released here in the United States. They also sang a few new unreleased songs, and even did a cover of “Mr. Brightside” by The Killers. The show was full of energy, and Mr. Evans may have even kissed Mr. Simpson on his cheek during one of the songs.
The concert overall was amazing, and I had such an amazing time. It’s crazy to see a band that you’ve been watching on YouTube since the beginning, live for the first time. I’m incredibly proud of these boys and can’t wait to see where they go from here.
Were any of you at the show? If not, make sure to check out the band’s single “Wildheart” on iTunes and check them out on twitter @TheVampsBand

Geo Martinez, Brandon Eaton, TJ Hess and Dakota Valerio of Erie, Pennsylvania together form The Masquerade.
The Masquerade just released their debut EP “Home Is Where You Make It”
The tracklisting goes as followed :
1. The Weekend
2. Best Day Of My Life
3. Back Up Plan
4. Set Your Mind To It
5. All My Life
While listening to the EP straight through the first time ever hearing it, I immediately started dancing along in my computer chair. I definitely see this EP pumping up crowd filled venues. Although the band only formed in 2013 I see 2014 as their year. Whether it be opening for bigger acts or small tours. “All My Life ” has to be my favorite track, but the EP as a whole is the perfect dose of PA Pop Punk. By the looks of things the band is developing a rapidly growing fan base, keep up the good work.

Dylan Jakobsen , an alternative country artist is just starting to break the mold and hit the surface of the music scene. Working in the music world for around two years Dylan has shared the stage with many other amazing artists. These artists include : Boys Likes Girls, This Providence, The Maine, Parachute, and many more. Recently Dylan released a four track EP called “Statelines” . Track after track Dylan keeps the music and vocals upbeat. Vocals may get softer, but that just makes Dylan’s voice that much more soothing. One track even features Josh Withenshaw formerly of Every Avenue. You don’t want to miss this, pick it up here : http://noisetrade.com/dylanjakobsenmusic/statelines-ep

Forget Me In Vegas is a pop-rock band from Rochester New York. Members including Vocalist : Chris Wurzburg, Guitarist : Jamie Okrzynski & Drummer : Joe Raymond. Recently releasing their sophomore EP “Coulda Shoulda” consisting of 5 songs available for free download on their band camp page. Here’s our track by track break down : 1.) Destined To Fall – starts off with a super catchy pop intro, going into to telling what seems to be a love story. Through out the song FMIV still keeps up energy/ catchy beat that makes me want to dance immediately. 2.) High – Seems to be the perfect song to get anyone excited for summer, or a party of some sorts. 3.) Let’s Leave, No Words – Slowing it down a little bit, yet still keeping up with their bands energy. Break up song of the EP maybe ? I’ll have to ask ! 4.) Could’ve* Should’ve* – For sure one of my favorites, mostly cause I could relate to what they’re singing about. 5.) You and I ft Red Rabbit – Red Rabbit’s voice is different from usual, but if you ask me it fits perfectly with the song. For the EP as a whole if All Time Low, and older Paradise Fears had a musical baby Forget Me In Vegas would be it!

“This Side of the Mississippi” newest EP released by Hit The Ground Running (http://www.facebook.com/HTGRofficial) is definitely worth the listen. ” Burning bridges, burning life, we light up the the night” a lyric from their song ” Rumspringa ” is for sure one of my favorites.
