“An Exercise In Form” by The Orphan,The Poet

“An Exercise In Form” the acoustic EP released May 15th by The Orphan The Poet is definitely worth listening too. Based in Ohio this four piece Indie/Rock group came together to create music even if the nearest venue to play in was 100 miles away. The Orphan, The Poet has been featured in Substream Music Press, ranked in Smartpunk’s Top 40 Unsigned Bands and were chosen for PureVolume’s 2010 Holiday Sampler.This EP is four tracks long, each song having it’s own meaningful story. David’s ( lead singer/guitarist) voice is really soothing, and the instruments fit perfectly as well. What can I say, I’m a sucker for acoustic jams.
